Orders

Orders placed on this site open a private ticket in our Discord server. An order is confirmed once staff accept it in the ticket and payment is received.

Prices on the site come from our live price list. If your account's stats, gear or requirements differ from what a service assumes, staff will confirm the adjusted price in your ticket before you pay.

Payment

You pay inside your ticket with one of the methods staff list there. Payment details are only ever given by staff or our bot inside your ticket. We never message you first asking for payment.

Opening a dispute or chargeback for work that was delivered ends our service to you and any balance tied to it.

Your account during an order

While an order is in progress, don't log in, change your password or authenticator, or move items unless we agree to it in your ticket.

Set a bank PIN and tell us about anything that affects the work, such as membership running out.

Delivery

Completion times are estimates. We keep you updated in your ticket and tell you right away if something changes.

Risk

Account sharing and buying or selling in-game gold break Jagex's rules. Every order is played by hand to keep the risk low, but no seller can remove it. By ordering you accept that risk.

We aren't responsible for action Jagex takes on an account, such as bans, mutes or rollbacks, or for losses caused by changes you make during an order.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Conduct

We may refuse or stop service to anyone who abuses staff, workers or other customers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already confirmed keep the terms that applied when they were placed.
