Refund policy

We want every order to finish the way you expect. When it doesn't, this is how refunds work.
Work not started
Cancel before a worker starts and you get a full refund to your original payment method or your Samurai wallet.
Work in progress
Cancel mid-order and we refund the part that isn't done, based on the work remaining.
Work completed
Finished orders aren't refundable. If something isn't as described, tell us in your ticket within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
Gold
Gold trades are final once the gold changes hands in game.
If we cancel
If we can't finish an order, you get a full refund for anything not delivered.
Account action during an order
If Jagex takes action on your account while we work on it, we refund the unfinished part of the order.
Payment fees
Fees charged by your payment provider can't be refunded.
